主语+ was/were+PP+(in…by…)
Step 4: 一般过去时被动语态的四种基本句型:
1. 肯定句:主语+was/were+PP+(in…by…)
2. 否定句:主语+was/were+not+PP+(in…by…)
3. 一般疑问句:Was/Were+主语+PP+(in…by…)?
4. 特殊疑问句:特殊疑问词+was/were+主语+PP+(in/by)?

一般现在时被动语态:主语+is/am+are+PP+(in…+by…)
一般过去时被动语态:主语+was/were+PP+(in…by…)
Step 5: How to change the active voice into the passive voice.
Einsten invented the light bulb.
The light bulb was invented by Einsten.
(1). 主动语态中的宾语变为被动语态中的主语。
(2). 主动语态中的主语变为被动语态中的介词宾语。
(3). 主动语态中的动词过去时变为was/were+PP.
注意:准确找出动作的执行者和承受者是关键。主动语态中的主语往往是动作的执行者,而被动语态的主语往往是动作的承受者。
